AT least, I can keep telling people that I'm not 60 for another year. I have decided that when I turn 60, I'll start counting down... isn't 60 the new "middle age"? This way, I figure that, if I live to be 90... I'll only be 30 when I die!

The weird thing about getting older is that it just doesn't seem possible that so much time has passed, and that it is continuing to do so at a much quicker rate. My theory on this is:
When you are 10, one year is 1/10 of your entire life. But when you're, say, 50... one year is 1/50 of your entire life, that's a significantly smaller fraction, so it seems like 5 times smaller amount of time. The other idea is that at 10, your brain is still absorbing lots of data, and being stored. As we get older, the ol' flash drive has gotten pretty full, and I think we tend to get more selective about the memories we decide to keep and look at later.

A few amazing things that took about 60 years to accomplish:
1) Aviation. From the first powered flight (1903) to landing a man on the moon (1969)
2) Computers. From the first programmable computer (1936) to the first "portable" laptop (1984)
3) Telephone. From the first transcontinental call (1915) to the first practical cellular telephone (1963)
4) Fast Automobiles (piston engines). From Henry Ford's record of 91 mph (1904) to the "Fastest Man on Earth", Art Arfons, who ran the flying mile at 576 mph (1965)
5) Medicine. The first successful blood transfusion using the new ABO method of "typing" blood (1907) to the first successful heart transplant (1967)

And then, of course... I can't help but ponder what I have accomplished in 60 years. (Sigh) Well, perhaps it's not a fair comparison. I can tell you this, though... The controls are similar to those in the previous game, with the right shoulder and bumpers controlling flight and the face buttons controlling most basic attacks. The fight may start on the ground, but it can be taken to the sky or deep underwater. The fast-paced action started on Namek near Bulma’s spacecraft but quickly ended at the bottom of a lake.
Among the new characters featured are Turles, Dabura, and Janemba. Turles is a comboer’s dream, able to easily score a 24-hit combo with only a few button presses. Janemba wields a sword, and while slower, he makes up for it with power. Dabura also relies on blades but is nicely balanced among power and speed. Many players, however, will prefer the familiarity of fan favorites such as Goku and Krillin. The latter is especially brutal at dispatching slow heavy hitters, such as Cell or Janemba.
Graphically the sequel remains the same as its predecessor. The anime textures and lighting feel at home with Akira Toriyama’s unique character designs. The visuals may seem over the top, but just like the graphics in the anime it’s based on, Raging Blasts’ graphics can truly make you feel as if you are in the show.
Dragon Ball: Raging Blast 2 will be released on both the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 and is slated for a fall 2010 release.

Texas and Louisiana
I am a big fan of Tex-Mex food (from Texas) which for those of you hoity-toity people that have been on cruises to the exotic places like Cozemel may seem so "peasant-like". But allow me to remind you that out of necessity, and 'things that were on hand' (see my post in Let's have Fun) many delicious dishes were borne. In this blog, I would like to share with you my absolute favorite recipes that are often simple, and some tips that I have accumulated over the years.

First off... I think that smokin'/grillin' beats a pot-bellied charcoal saucer on skinny legs any time. If you want the true BBQ... spend some money on a quality smoker/grille and don't just buy some black-painted sheet metal thing with chrome grates. I have also found that there are things that are no substitution for "fire-grillin" and things that new technology have made better. BTW... I'll start with the Texas side of recipes, and welcome any additions.

Meat Needs To Be Prepared!
My first recipe is my own creation for a BBQ rub to put on virtually any meat, but it's really special to ribs and brisket. Texas ribs are generally "wet", that means cooked with the sauce. But I prefer a combination of a dry rub and adding sauce at the end. In order to enhance whatever meat you may be preparing... (the following is based on per 2 pounds of meat) put the spice on first. Combine in a large bowl:
1/4 c brown sugar
1/2 tbs chili powder
1/2 tbs Kosher Salt (not the granulated)
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp cumin
1/4 tsp white pepper
(if you able to find it in your local store, 1/8 tsp ground dried jalepeno is wonderful!)

Mix all ingredients (for appropriate amount of meat) thoroughly (hands-on is the best). Pat dry your meat which should have already been tenderized (get your mind on cooking, please!) and set on parchment paper (non-absorbant). Sprinkle generous amount over your meat and pat-in and rub, until entire surface is coated. Don't make a thick covering, just uniformly coat the surface. I prefer to cover loosely with a paper towel and place in refrigerator to chill for at least 30 minutes before grilling. I picked up the first can and squirted the contents into my hand. The "fsssst" of the aerosol startled her and she almost bolted, but I reached out and soothed her, telling her to relax, and that it wouldn't hurt. I started to apply the foam to the back of her neck and slowly started massaging as I drifted lower... lower... tracing her spine until I got to her hips. I added more and began to smooth it along her flanks. She flinched and tried to get out of my grasp, but I had a firm hold on her and told her I had to do this and that struggling would only make it harder. She struggled wildly, then, and cried out, but I would not relent! I HAD to do this!!

There's just no substitute for cuddling! The feel of a little female, stretched out along your side, so content. Last night we were busy with one of the things I love... giving her long strokes as we lay together. No need to rush things, just let them happen. The slower the strokes, the more she likes it, and she specially likes the ones that are long and firm, yet tender. At one point, during a long... slow... stroke, she turned her head to look back at me with dreamy eyes, and then dropped her head back to the mattress as I continued my strokes. No words needed, her look said it all. She was in heaven, and never wanted me to stop!


But my arm was getting tired, so I had to put the brush up and go to sleep.

This morning, she caught me in the kitchen. I always make coffee at about the same time and am usually just in a tee shirt (or not :D) I like feeling the freedom of nopants. Besides, I live alone and the neighbors can only see me from the waist up. She seemed so... NEEDY this morning, crouched on the stepstool, her gaze fixed on me. I chuckled and looked at her. Oh, she was begging for it this morning, wanting it... craving it! I turned to face her and asked "What, Baby... tell Papa what you want." I hadn't seen her this way in a long time, and she was very vocal about what she wanted. She got down and stretched out on the Kitchen floor, turned on her back, spread her legs, and cried out to me. Oh... she wanted it bad, needed it, and of course, I had to oblige...


So I opened the cat food and dropped it into her dish.

Last night I was suddenly awakened out of a sound sleep by a little female snuggling down between my legs. She was so insistent, I let her, after all, she was purring like a kitten, and so loudly! A little petting set her off again... and the vibrations from her throat felt... well... nice! Then the younger one jumped up on the bed and wanted to join in and the two of them pinned my legs down so that I couldn't move. I was in heaven, two pussies wanting to be touched. They were so hot, I broke out into a sweat.

Normally, you can’t carry over the weapons from your previous save when starting a new game in God of War III. However, a recent glitch found by players will enable you to start a new game under any difficulty with all weapons acquired and maxed-out.
As a result, you get to use weapons that won’t be available until later in the game (like the Nemean Cestus) right at the start. In addition to making combat much easier, you can also skip several sections in the game entirely since you already have all the weapons and abilities to open the blocked paths although it will lead to a crash in one instance (minor spoiler: breaking the onyx on the Three Judges with the Nemean Cestus before you’re supposed to). Furthermore, your weapon levels will remain maxed-out even when you re-acquire them in the new game with one exception: the Blades of Exile, which will be reset to the first level. Finally, you can still earn trophies when using this glitch.
To activate the glitch, take the following steps:
1. Unlock Combat Arena by beating the story once and then clearing the Challenges of Olympus mode.
2. In the Combat Arena option screen, set Kratos’ Health to “Level 1” and difficulty to “Titan.” Set up the Enemies option with creatures that can kill you quickly and start the battle.
3. In the Combat Arena, die five times in a row and the game will prompt you to switch to Easy mode. Select “No” to exit to the main menu.
4. You should hear two different music tracks playing over each other. Furthermore, the maxed out trophy will be unlocked if you didn’t already have it. From the main menu, select “New Game” and the difficulty of your choice to activate the glitch.
No words yet on when SCE Santa Monica Studio will release a patch for the glitch, if they will at all. God of War III launched on March 16th exclusively for the Playstation 3.
Update: The gltich still works after the 1.01 patch update.

I discovered a couple of interesting things...
1) Percentage-wise, not many people have profile pics, much in their "About Me", nor even give an indication of their gender.
2) There seemed to be a lot of people who hadn't had any activity in at least a year, some longer. and
3) Most of the profiles I viewed, not many people had "friends" or just a few.

A couple of years ago, I was a member of Multiply, another Social Networking Site, much like Facebook, and it was a lot of fun, creating your own home page, adding albums, videos, etc. and we had a lot of fun and friends. They turned Puritanical, tho, and started deleting everybody, and their groups that had sexual content of any kind. But, for a while, there was a lot of good networking, private sharing, and so forth.

It would be nice to recapture that again, so if anyone reads this who is interested... give me a shout. Meanwhile, I'm just working my way thru the Member List, and seeing if anybody is interested. I'm also going to pull together a few of my very favorite erotica to put in an album, and maybe add to it as time permits. I think the settings can limit viewing to friends. I'd also like to generate some more interest in the Groups, so am going to try to contribute more to them.
